We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX files. You can upload multiple files and we merge them automatically.

Total file size per order is limited to 10MB. If your files exceed this, we recommend the Urgent service or submitting a quote request.

Pricing is based on page count. Free (1 page), Standard $4.99 (2–4 pages), Extended $5.99 (5–10), Large $7.99 (11–20), Urgent $20 (up to 20 pages, 90-min SLA).

Yes. One page, one time per email address. The free plan is limited to a single use per verified email address.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Square; your full card number is never stored on our servers.

If you entered the wrong fax number, we do not issue refunds, but you may correct the number once. If our team fails operationally, a full refund is available. Urgent SLA refund requests are handled through manual review.

Use the Track Order page with your Order ID or your verified email.

Your Order ID is provided after checkout. It's in the format AF-XXXXX-XXXX. If you've lost it, you can recover it using your verified email on the Track Order page.

Yes, once. If the fax fails due to an incorrect number you entered, you may correct it one time. A second correction is not allowed.

Yes. A downloadable invoice is available from your order tracking page.

Yes. Files are uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored encrypted with AES-256. You and our authorized operators can open them, and documents are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed.

We do not process documents involving explicit violence, pornography, threats, extortion, harassment, or clearly illegal content. Violations may result in rejection without refund.

Our operators access your document only to transmit your fax and handle your order. We never use document content for marketing or any other purpose.

Urgent Fax includes a 90-minute processing SLA, real-time chat with your assigned operator, and transmission proof upload when available. $20 for up to 20 pages.

The SLA begins at the moment payment is confirmed, not when you submit your order.

SLA refund requests are reviewed manually. We take our commitment seriously, but refunds are not automatic and are evaluated case by case.
