Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the types of documents and content that may be transmitted through the AnytimeFax service. By using AnytimeFax, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Prohibited Content

You may not use AnytimeFax to transmit any content that:

  • Is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Constitutes harassment, threats, or extortion directed at individuals or organizations
  • Is pornographic, explicitly sexual, or involves non-consenting imagery
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Constitutes spam, bulk unsolicited faxes, or commercial solicitation without consent
  • Involves identity theft, fraud, impersonation, or forgery
  • Promotes hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Involves any content related to child exploitation

Regulated Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to transmit any document. This includes but is not limited to medical records (HIPAA compliance), legal filings, financial documents, and government correspondence.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to review any document flagged by our automated systems. Orders found in violation of this AUP will be:

  • Immediately rejected without refund
  • Reported to appropriate law enforcement when required by law
  • Blocked from future use on our platform

To report suspected misuse of AnytimeFax, contact us at support@anytimefax.com with details of the suspected abuse.

Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
