Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

AnytimeFax is a pay-per-use fax transmission service operated by Rise & Built Corp, headquartered in New York City, NY. We provide document transmission services on behalf of customers. We confirm transmission but do not guarantee review, response, or acceptance by the recipient.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using AnytimeFax, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to send the documents you upload.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AnytimeFax to transmit:

  • Content involving illegal activity or solicitation thereof
  • Harassment, threats, or extortion
  • Pornographic or explicit material
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate order rejection without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Orders and Processing

Orders are processed in the order received. Urgent orders receive priority processing with a 90-minute SLA beginning at payment confirmation. Standard orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays unless stated otherwise.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is final at checkout. Payments are processed via Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to our pricing schedule and these terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available only when a transmission failure is caused by our operational team. No refund is issued if: (a) you entered an incorrect fax number, (b) the recipient was unavailable or turned off their machine, or (c) content was rejected for Acceptable Use violations. A one-time fax number correction is permitted. Urgent SLA miss refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Document Content Review

All documents are subject to automated scanning and may be reviewed by a human operator. We reserve the right to reject any document without refund if it violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnytimeFax and Rise & Built Corp are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
