- Name and email — optional fields collected at checkout for order correspondence.
- Documents — uploaded files are stored temporarily to facilitate fax transmission.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card data.
- IP address and device info — logged for fraud prevention and compliance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your fax order
- To verify your identity via OTP
- To correspond with you about your order status
- To detect and prevent fraudulent activity
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Retention
Documents and files are retained for 30 days after order completion, after which they are permanently deleted. Order metadata (status, phone hash, timestamps) is retained for 1 year for compliance purposes.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Twilio — for SMS/WhatsApp OTP verification
- Internal team — for order processing and support
- Law enforcement — when legally required
5. Your Rights
