How it works
Four simple steps from subscription to inbox.
Subscribe and get your fax details
You’ll receive our shared fax number and your unique reference code.
Include your reference code
Ask the sender to include your code on the first page of the fax.
We receive and match your fax
Our team manually identifies incoming faxes using your reference code.
We email it to you
Your received fax is delivered to your email in PDF format during batch processing.
Your reference code is required
We currently use a shared fax number. To make sure your fax is delivered correctly, your reference code must be clearly visible on the first page.
Faxes without a valid reference code may be delayed or may not be delivered.

What happens if the sender forgets the reference code?
The fax may be delayed or may not be deliverable. We strongly recommend placing the reference code on the first page.

Can I also send faxes?
Yes. AnytimeFax also offers pay-per-use sending, including urgent fax delivery.
